Known for its hip entertainment and delightful culinary offerings, the stylish bar Mr. Fox refreshed its menu to include flavours of Asia available for patrons seeking to explore unique flavours from the Orient for lunch and dinner.
The new dishes at Mr. Fox is inspired by everyday flavours and occurrences as the establishment is located in the business district where the office workers often look for comfortable and delicious food during break and after office.
Mr. Fox introduces three mouthwatering appetizers, six delicious choices of entrees and two decadent desserts. For appetiser, the culinary team offers Pork Belly Cakwe Banh Mi (Crispy Cakwe, Pork Belly Confit, Pickled Carrots and Onions), Vietnamese Chicken Satay (Pomelo Salad, Fresh Coriander and Basil) and Char-grilled Baby Corn (Chili Butter Glaze, Parmesan Cloud).
On the main course, a variety of comfortable Asian dishes are ready to serve to the guest. Indonesian selections include Short Ribs Soto Betawi (US Short Ribs, Baby Potatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Steamed Rice), Crispy Bebek Bali (Deep Fried Betutu-braised Half Duck, Sambal Kecicang, Hainan Corn Rice) and Mie Goreng Sambal Matah (Seabass Fillet, Fried Noodle, Sambal Matah, Crispy Fish Skin).
Creative Asian menu comes along with the addition of Not Your Ordinary Brown Butter Chicken (Garlic Rice Stuffing, Salted Duck Egg, Chinese Sausage), Wagyu Yakiniku Donburi (Garlic Nori Rice, Yakiniku Wagyu Beef, Poached Egg), and Pistachio- Crusted Salmon (Roasted Salmon, Pistachio-dill Crust, Cauliflower Puree, Charred Local Brussels Sprouts).
Churros With Tipsy Chocolate Sauce (Crispy Spanish Doughnuts, Rhum-spiked Chocolate
And Apple Pie Parfait (Caramelized Apples, Vanilla Ice Cream, Oat Crumble, Honey Butter Chips) are perfect desserts for ending the meal.
Mr. Fox also invites the city to nibble on the newest selection of Tipsy Bites, a play on classic bar food with an authentic Mr. Fox twist. Now, the bar department have more variety of delicacies to enjoy along with Mr. Fox’s ethereal cocktails. The bar menu consists of classic twist light bites such as Cheetos Cheese Fries, Chicken Strips with Dynamite Sauce, Cornflakes Cauliflower with Jalapeno Tartare, Crispy Tofu Bites, and Calamari Cabe Garam.
