Sinar Mas Land recently invited its most loyal clients to a gala dinner at the Fairmont Hotel Jakarta to introduce its latest urban living property project, Aerium Apartments, which aims to promote family living in the city. The gala dinner, held on 9 September, was enlivened by a performance of Tompi and Friends.

Aerium Apartments is a collaborative project between Sinar Mas Land and Japanese company Itochu and Shimizu, carrying the concept “A Breath of Fresh Air”. The new apartment complex is designed to combine nature and sophistication for an exclusive and comfortable feel. It will be located in Taman Permata Buana, West Jakarta.

The strategic location allows for a direct access to the entire Jabodetabek area and close proximity to public facilities, such as shopping malls, office buildings, hospitals and international schools. Standing on an area of 1.8 hectares, Aerium Apartments offers two premium apartment towers as well as townhouses. The construction will approximately be finished in 2020.
