In 2017, PHM Hospitality launched a Management Development Program with the primary objective to provide opportunities for hotel employees to improve their management skills and techniques and also a fast track towards developing future hotel leaders as general managers.
The Management Development Program for the first quarter had 17 participants who had 18 months to complete the program. The first batch saw 10 participants passing the requirements successfully after they completed 15 modules with a total of 104 sessions with approximately 200 tasks. This graduation ceremony was held at The 1O1 Bogor Suryakancana.
The winner of PHM ambassador 2019 was Febby Kemala Dewi from The Haven Bali Seminyak.
