This month, as part of observances for Ramadan, The Hermitage Jakarta has prepared a delightful buffet dinner to break the ritual fast at  L’Avenue Restaurant.

Taste of Nusantara is the theme for this year’s buffet dinner prepared by Chef Francesco Greco and The Hermitage talented Indonesian Chefs. Featuring dishes from across Indonesia, the offer is available from 5 May to 6 June and is priced at IDR 395,000++ for the first and fourth week, and at IDR 465,000++ for the second and third week of Ramadan.

“The appetising buffet menu served during Ramadan includes Beef Konro from Makassar, Gurame Pecak from Jakarta, Ayam Kalasan from Central Java, Sate Lilit from Bali, and many more. We also prepare live stalls and the traditional Gerobak for warm and fresh cuisine such as Kambing Guling and Laksa Betawi as well as an exciting Desserts buffet created by our new pastry Chef Disy,” Greco said. “We will also have special offers during the Ramadan season by giving special discounts for members and other partnerships. Meeting packages are also available at a special price during Ramadan with rates starting from IDR 420,000++ per person for Half Day Meeting” said Samrah Sahabuddin, Director of Sales and Marketing.
