Guests will be treated to a menu synonymous with the Lunar New Year celebrations, highlighted by the iconic Yee Shang salad from 26-31 January 2025 which symbolises prosperity and abundance – along with Roasted Duck and five-spiced Beef Brisket. To further up the ante of taste, the festivities offer traditional Basket Cake (Nian Gao), Dim Sum, and Raspberry and Strawberry Mousse, complemented by fragrant Mandarin Orange Blossom.
The dinner is priced at IDR 470,000 net per guest, with the ambience of the season coming alive in the evening through performances like a Lion Dance and modern-pop Mandarin band tunes. Following suit, the next day’s brunch priced at IDR 450,000 net per guest promises similar delight and features a special value-adding Pay 2 Get 3 promotion. In addition, guests will be presented with complimentary Angpao dips with IDR 100,000 vouchers to celebrate the Lunar New Year spirit.
