The Westin Jakarta’s all-day dining restaurant, Seasonal Tastes, brings the rich flavours of Thai cuisine to their guests with their dining program ‘Thai Haven’, ongoing until 23 September 2023.
From Esam, Thailand to Jakarta, Chef Supattra Boonsrang has descended upon the capital city to bring her speciality Thai cooking to the buffet tables of Seasonal Tastes, set high above the city skyline on the 51st floor. You’re invited to savour her authentic culinary creations whilst enjoying the restaurant’s fabulous 360-degree views.
This is the second time The Westin Jakarta has flown the Thai Chef in to enliven their dining experiences, after the first iteration of ‘Thai Haven’ being wildly popular with guests. With over 23 years of experience working with the Hyatt group as chef de cuisine, Chef Supattra’s excellence in the kitchen has become stuff of legends among Thai food lovers.
Accompanied by her talented assistant Thaweesak Chuenjai, Chef Supattra showcases her mastery in the restaurant live cooking stations and inviting guests to savour her signature dishes, such as Pad Thai, Khao Pad Poo, Massam Gai, alongside a delicious selection of appetizers and desserts that perfectly capture the spirit of Thai cuisine.
The ‘Thai Haven’ dining programme began on 2 September 2023, with exceptional dishes featured at their Sunday Brunch. The specialty dishes are also offered during the restaurant’s dinner service until 23 September 2023.
On weekdays during dinner hours, guests can enjoy this promo at IDR 588,000++ per person, while on weekends during brunch and dinner are available at IDR 608,000++ per person.
