Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel brings back one of their most popular dining programmes with World of Beef 2.0. Following the overwhelming success of last year’s inaugural event the hotel once again presents a mouthwatering experience for all steak lovers in Jakarta from 14 July to 25 August 2024.
World of Beef is a celebration of steak and meat excellence, bringing particular premium beef into the spotlight for all to appreciate, this is presented at the five-star hotel’s all-day dining venue, Anigré Restaurant. The initial series was launched in October 2023 and featured the renowned Hanwoo Wagyu from Korea; the programme was so well-received that it was extended through November.
This 2024, World of Beef 2.0 will highlight the exquisite Tajima Wagyu, showcasing a variety of Japanese Wagyu raised in the pristine pastures of Australia. Renowned for its rich marbling and buttery texture, Tajima Wagyu is set to delight Jakarta’s discerning palates until 25 August 2024. Hosted at the Anigré Restaurant, this dining programme is a must for any curious carnivores or steak lovers keen to savour highly-prized cuts and meat.
This culinary celebration is spearheaded by Executive Chef Ferdian Tobing, whose dedication to excellence is reflected in every dish. Chef Tobing and his team have curated a menu that not only showcases the unique qualities of Tajima Wagyu but also pairs it with an array of international flavours, creating a well-rounded and unforgettable dining experience.
As the World of Beef 2.0 unfolds, diners can look forward to even more exciting developments. Later in the year, Sheraton plans to introduce top-tier beef selections from the United States and Australia, further enhancing the hotel’s reputation as a premier dining destination.
