Exquisite Ramadan Menu at Vong Kitchen
To celebrate the holy month of Ramadan, Vong Kitchen has curated a tantalising house-made Ramadan menu that diners can enjoy for Iftar. Highlighting local Indonesian delicacies, indulge your palate with the Ramadan Specials that have been personally crafted by Vong Kitchen’s Chef de Cuisine, Matt Byk, who along with his team presents exquisite dishes such as Bebek Betutu with Kangkung & Sambal Plecing, Nasi Ayam Campur and Fried Barramundi Laksa. Starting on the third week of April, lighter options will be added to the menu including Crispy Seafood Tofu with Thai Cilantro Chili Dip. Break your fast with the refreshing homemade Es Doger and Es Cendol.

The month of Ramadan is all about giving and to share the blessings of the holy month, Vong Kitchen has prepared a series of exquisite Lebaran hampers to gift to your family, friends and colleagues. Customers can choose from three different types of scrumptious treats: Nastar Crumble Cake, a box of Vong’s Signature Cheese Rolls, or Four Cookies Hamper consisting of Palm Cheese, Putri Salju, Sagu Keju and Nastar.
The hampers are available for pre-orders from 18 March 2022.

Additionally, Vong Kitchen welcomes you to experience its seasonal Spring menu. Taking inspiration from the upcoming Spring season in New York, Chef Matt renews several of Vong’s regular menus into an array of exquisite and innovative interpretations such as Bone Marrow-Mushroom Spätzle with Shiitake, Basil and Lemon, house-made Ricotta with Grilled Sourdough, Fig Jam & Olive Oil, and Crab Fried Rice. Finally, the main star of the season, 200gr Australian Black Angus Sirloin with Potato Latkes, Mushrooms & Sauce Chasseur will delight your palate with every bite.
