C'est Si Bon! A Posh Valentine's Dining Experience at AMUZ Gourmet

In honor of Valentine’s Week, award-wining fine dining restaurant AMUZ Gourmet offers an exclusive dining experience on a romantic night from 13 to 15 February.  At the helm of Master Chef Gilles Marx, the french restaurant in Jakarta has prepared a six-course degustation set menu with wine pairing for lovebird who look for elegant Valentine’s dinner.

Lovebird couldn’t imagine what AMUZ is going to present during the most romantic night with the personalised dished, specially created for the beloved couple. C’est Si Bon is the thematic dinner called, provides a handcrafted menu including the welcoming dish Amuse Bouche, a chilled blood orange soup with basil foam and crisp Brioche. 

Of course, the restaurant has prepared individual dishes to the male and female guest with Le Duo de Saumon & Caviar (Torched salmon loin & smoked salmon mousse sturgeon caviar with crunchy quinoa) and  La tentacle de Pulpe Grille (Char-grilled tender octopus tentacle served with mango-pomegranate & compressed watermelon salad). 

There is also Le Dos de Cabillaud Rotie, an Oven-roasted black cod served with razor clam emulsion & broccoli puree, and Le Foie gras de Canard Poele, a pan-seared duck liver Foie Grass served with red wine plum compote, pistachio biscotti & duck consomme jelly.

The entree includes the most coveted Chef Gilles Marx’ creation namely La Poularde Rotie aux Truffles (black Winter truffle roasted free ranged chicken breast served with spinach Rigotani gratin, sweet pea puree & black truffle jus) for ladies, and for the gentlemen, there is Le Piece de Boeuf Wagyu (grilled double-cut wagyu 7/8  beef sirloin served with basil roasted king mushroom, smoked potato Mousseline & red wine jus).

End the romantic moment with La Gourmandise au Chocolat, a dessert made by Valrhona Equatorial chocolate, raspberry, pistachio Gourmandise, pistachio creme brulee, and chocolate mousse. 

The selection of the wine includes Vina Chocalan, Sauvignon Blanc, Maipo Chile 2018, Joseph Drouhin, macon Villages Bourgogne Blanc, Chardonnay 2016, and few more available during Valentine’s dinner at AMUZ Gourmet.
