An Easter Feast with French twists await diners at AMUZ where Chef Gilles Marx has curated a special menu for the weekend.

With its elegant Parisian décor and contemporary menu, AMUZ is among Jakarta’s fine-dining restaurants where one can experience excellent French cuisine. As part of Easter celebrations, AMUZ has put together a special menu for the holiday for friends and family to enjoy.

Chef Gilles Marx’s menu includes Entrecôte Café de Paris Style served with USDA Prime Beef Entrecôte/Rib-Eye, Café de Paris Sauce, French Fries and Salad. Perfect for two people this is priced at IDR 798k++.

Another dish on offer is the Char Grilled Whole Red Queen Snapper en Papillote, cooked with Confit Lemon, Fennel, Tomato and Mediterranean Herbs for IDR 495k++ per two persons.

There is also Crackling Kurobuta Pork Belly Roast served with Sweet Potato Mash, Spring Vegetables and Pilsner-Balsamic Jus for IDR 595k++.

To finish AMUZ is set to top off the Easter fine-dining experience with a delectable Easter Dessert Platter filled with Chocolate Bunny, Eggs and Mini Pastries priced at IDR 165k++ for two.
