JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong Presents Four Hands with Guest Chef Andrian Ishak

The five-star luxury hotel, JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong, invites culinary connoisseurs in Jakarta to indulge in an epicurean dining experience at Al-Gusto Italian Dining and Bar. Continuing to innovate and offer something new to its guests, the hotel has announced an exciting collaboration with various well-known Indonesian chefs to present exquisite dining experiences. As the only five-star hotel in Banten, the hotel welcomes diners to their Guest Chef Series, starting with “Four Hands with Chef Andrian Ishak” on Saturday, 30 July 2022.

Self-taught and driven by both his passion and curiosity, Chef Andrian Ishak incorporates scientific techniques to present a unique dining experience that are both playful variations on traditional dishes and creative new food pairing with his restaurant – Namaaz Diningthe first molecular gastronomy restaurant in Indonesia. Taking inspiration from a multitude of art disciplines including music and painting, Chef Andrian considers himself a craftsman that pours his creativity and passion through good.

Chef Andrian will demonstrate his creativity and skills through this collaboration at Al-Gusto Italian Dining and Bar, the casual dining venue located on the second level of JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong. Boasting modern vibes and sleek interiors, the venue has been seamlessly designed to provide harmonious dining experiences with an Italian concept. During this dining event, Chef Andrian will prepare nine special menus for guests, in collaboration with Chef Nalendra Anindhita, the Corporate Director of Culinary at JHL Collections.

This new breakthrough will be presented for the first time in Tangerang. We chose molecular gastronomy culinary as the theme of this event because seeing the uniqueness of our hotel, we also want to provide uniqueness in our dishes while still maintaining the quality of the taste we already have. Together with Chef Andrian Ishak, we realised this idea as our first event in the Guest Chef Series Collaboration,” said Lindawati Muhlis, General Manager of JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong.
