Mark your calendar on Friday, September 30, for an exclusive dinner in the city of Bandung. The Sheraton Bandung Hotel and Towers welcomes you at its poolside to taste the sensational “Matua Barbeque Wine Dinner”, designed to offer a selection of dishes from around the world.
Prepared by Chef Severin Huerlimann, guests can enjoy a barbeque dinner with a variety of dishes; a salad bar with various dressings, foie grass cream with crispy bread, barbeque roasted beef short ribs, imported meats and seafood, different kinds of desserts and many more. All dishes will be paired with wine (free flow) from Matua: the Marlborough Pinot Noir and the Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
The brand of Matua won the international Wine and Spirit Competition NZ Wine Producer of the Year in 2012, thus becoming one of New Zealand’s most awarded and most internationally acclaimed wineries. Their 40th vintage Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc won double gold in China, gold at the New Zealand International Wine Show and a trophy at the 2013 Hong Kong International Wine and Spirit Competition.
Acoustic music performances will entertain the diners during this unique evening. The luxury dinner starts at 7 PM and costs IDR 450,000++ per person.
