DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta – Diponegoro today announced a Balinese Galore Food Festival at hotel’s award-winning all day dining, OPEN} Restaurant. The food festival presented by Komang Agus Surya Adiyasa, Sous Chef from Conrad Bali together with hotel’s culinary team.

Find an array of Balinese authentic taste to elevate the entire dining from Siap Sambal Matah – the shredded chicken with raw Balinese sambal to the Balinese seafood salad with coriander which well-known as Bepasih Mebase Ketumbah. Continue to the main course, guest will experience the Balinese sensation such as the famous Siap Betutu – the slow roasted Balinese free range chicken wrap in the palm leaves, Gerangan Asam – the Balinese chicken soup and last not but least, the most favorite Balinese minced fish satay, Sate Languan.

Evoking all senses, Chef Agus aims to create an extravagant dining experience with special heritage Balinese menu. The core of each dish is carefully selected using premium and freshest ingredients, completed with excellence cooking methods to create an interesting combination that well represent authentic Balinese taste

During the week, Guest is expected to feel the Island of God’s intense atmosphere on the first step in the restaurant. Welcomed by hosts in the traditional costumes and a different traditional decorations, OPEN} not only bring the authentic dishes but also the sensation of Balinese sense with Frangipani scent arranged as the last simple touch on every dining table. To keep the nuances alive, special performance of Balinese traditional dance enlighten guests on the first day of this festival.

Started on 6 March 2017, OPEN} Restaurant brings the authentic sensation of Balinese galore in a special Balinese buffet dining experience throughout lunch and dinner until 12 March 2017 priced at 308.000++ for weekday’s lunch, IDR 328.000++ for weekday’s dinner and IDR 388.000++ for Saturday dinner. The Balinese buffet also available during Sunday Brunch at IDR 458.000++ including swimming pool and Kids Club access.
