PTT Family Welcomes the Holy Month with Special Ramadhan Menus

In conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan, PTT Family has prepared special set menus at Potato Head Garage and Potato Head Jakarta for guests who are looking to break their fast with family and friends.


Potato Head Garage

The award-winning steakhouse, Potato Head Garage, will be serving a gourmet set menu that has been specially crafted by executive chef Hikaru Take for the Ramadhan month. From 7 June to 2 July from 6:30pm, Potato Head Garage will be serving two set menu options which begins with its innovative interpretation of tajil selections, followed by a main of either roasted marinated spring chicken with mushroom buttered rice or a wood-fired grilled 150g Harvey black label tenderloin with yuzu chili sauce and roasted vegetables, guaranteed to satisfy your tastebuds and lift your spirits.

Set Menu A: IDR 260,000 ++ TAJIL Bubur Sum Sum Hash Brown Potatoes Chicken and Mushroom, Croquette, Toffee Date Pudding

MAIN COURSE Roasted Marinated Spring Chicken with mushroom butter rice

Set Menu B: IDR 350,000 ++ TAJIL Bubur Sum Sum,Hash Brown Potatoes Chicken and Mushroom, Croquette Vegetable Samosa,Toffee Date Pudding

MAIN COURSE Wood Fire Grilled 150gr Harvey Black Label Tenderloin with yuzu chili sauce and roasted vegetables

Potato Head Jakarta also welcomes the month of Ramadhan with executive chef Haruhisa Noguchi’s sumptous creation made with finest local and seasonal produce and sourced from Indonesia’s own abundant Archipelago. The Ramadhan special menu will be available with complimentary tajil from 6 June to 5 July from 5:30pm-7:30pm.
