During the first series of Seasons of gastronomy, Jakarta patrons will be pampered with an exclusively curated menu, featuring contemporary French haute cuisine inspired by the Hong Kong restaurant and Chef Galliot’s own craftsmanship.
Originally from Chambray-Les-Tours in the Loire Valley, Chef Galliot has garnered an impressive portfolio all the way from the famed Jardin des Sens inMontpellier to The Tasting Room by Galliot in Macao. He joined Caprice in April 2017 andbrought distinctive French classic dishes with a contemporary twist to the well-establishedHong Kong restaurant.
Since it debuted 12 years ago, Caprice has held sway over Hong Kong’s fine-dining scene and just earned its three Michelin stars for the two consecutive year under theleadership of Chef de Cuisine Guillaume Galliot.
