Sweet Luxury at Keraton Lounge

Keraton At The Plaza has a special treat in store for its guests: the hotel has invited Shaun Teo, a young and talented artisan baker from Malaysia, to present his skills to create luxurious pastries and cakes.

“Sweet Luxury High Tea”, available from November 16^th to 30^th, can be enjoyed all day long at the Keraton Lounge. Shaun Teo started to work in the patisserie industry at the age of 18 and is known for his unique creations. He often collaborates with the culinary expert teams of hotels to prepare various selections of mini cupcakes, tartlets, cake pops, as well as chocolate and vanilla scones. For those who prefer something savoury, his mini smoked salmon and beef pastrami sandwiches with cheese are a must-try as they are full and rich in taste.

The sweet and savoury treats are presented elegantly, with glitter and seasonal flower petals on top. This luxury package costs IDR 298,000++ per set for two persons and includes two pots of TWG hot tea or coffee.
