Enduring an eight-hour flight, Chef Göktan Sarisoy of Swissôtel Bosphorus Istanbul lands in Jakarta with a mission: to prepare a series of sumptuous signature dishes from the Anatolian Peninsula! From Yayla Soup (a rural dish made with orchids), to Arnavut Cigeri (shrimp casserole) and Hünkârbeğendi (lamb stew on roasted eggplant puree), guests will be able to dive into rare and unique Turkish cuisine during this month of Ramadan.

This Ramadan buffet will be available at two venues: ‘Summers at The Pool’ and ‘The Chinese National’, from 22 March to 21 April 2023, priced at IDR 328,000++ per person.
