Diners have the choice of either a personal or serving portion. The options for cold tapas are Wagyu Thai Beef Salad, Lounge Shrimp Caesar Salad Jar, Peanut Lime Chicken Salad Jar among other options.
Guests who prefer savoury hot dishes, there’s Brazilian Cheese Ball with Spread Cheese “Pao de Queijo Com Requeijao”, Crispy Prawn with Sweet and Chili Sauce, Mini Wagyu Burger with Pickled Ginger, Chicken Satay with Coconut Chili Sauce and more.
The tapas are also tempting with various sweets, such as Lemongrass Panna Cotta with Mango Coulis, Nutella Lava cake served with Cream Cheese, Vanilla Sauce with Strawberry, Chocolate Cookies and Ice Cream.
As part of the introductory event of the tapas menu, the hotel held a private Afternoon Soiree with Haseena Bharata, on 30 April where specially invited guests including prominent members of Jakarta society and staff from embassies in the city enjoyed a menu curated by Chef Rafa Gil. The event also included free flow of juices from Squeeze Me brand as well as a range of cocktails.
The “Tapas Around the World” can be enjoyed during happy hour. A selection of three items is priced at IDR 238,000++. There is also a “Buy 1 Get 1” offer of selected beers . At IDR 380,00++ guests can choose up to three items and the “Buy 1 Get 1” offer includes selected beers and house wines.
