Bringing his love for his hometown’s cuisine and Indonesia’s culinary scene, Chef Matteo will showcase an inventive Italian Fusion menu for the eager patrons.
During this exclusive kitchen takeover, GYU Steak House will become a haven for food enthusiasts, presenting a menu curated by Chef Matteo, who has cemented his name as the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Ciccia Ristorante Surabaya and Bowie Restaurant & Bar Surabaya. With his remarkable culinary expertise and extensive experience, including a notable guest appearance on Hell’s Kitchen Indonesia in March 2015, Chef Matteo brings a unique blend of creativity and mastery to each of his dish.
This gastronomic odyssey spans from Antipasti to Dessert, each course designed to delight your senses and transport you on a culinary journey through Italy and Indonesia. Menu highlights include Carpaccio di Manzo con Salsa al Tartufo, Baked Brie Cheese, Tagliolini Neri al Granchio, Zuppa di Funghi e Tartufo, Risotto ai Funghi e Tartufo, Controfiletto di Wagyu, Kalio Iga, and the delectable Ciccia Tiramisu.
