The Botanica Sanctuary is offering something exciting in this holiday season. Collaborating with Italian Masterchef Diego Martinelli from Cibo Cafe Italiano, they launched a mesmerizing menu that can savor guests appetite named Sapori D’Italia.
The menu of Sapori D’Italia created by award-winning Chef Diego Martinelli offers a wide selection of authentic dishes of Italy, ranging from starters such as grissini and burrata, homemade pasta creations such as fettuccine truffle and ravioli ricotta, to lobster tagliolini. All these mouthwatering menus will be available only on 23-24 June 2023 at GYU Steak House.
Chef Diego Martinelli, born and raised in Bologna, located in the food region of Emilia Romagna, northern Italy. With a career spanning over two decades, Chef Diego Martinelli has worked at renowned hotels worldwide, such as Bvlgari Hotel & Resort Bali, Fullerton Hotel Singapore, Ferrari Automobili and multiple Four Seasons Hotels across the globe to name a few. After successfully creating a Cibo restaurant in Bali in 2019, he has recently brought Cibo to Jakarta.
