The St. Regis Jakarta presents exceptional gastronomy indulgence featuring a sumptuous Sunday Brunch and distinctive dining experiences, from a bar takeover by the World 100 Best Bars to an evening with the renowned winemaker, Emmanuel Cruse, in a wine-pairing dinner showcasing a carefully-created tasting menu. Inspired by the iconic legacy and traditions of the St. Regis brand, The St. Regis Jakarta welcomes guests to a series of curated culinary and beverage experiences at the heart of Jakarta.
Starting on the 26 February 2023, guests are invited to indulge in a lavish spread with an endless flow of a-la-minute signature mains and luscious desserts at Bel Etage. The curated brunch selection includes a Crab Royal served with Crushed Avocado, Poach Egg, Crab Meat and Kaffir Lime Hollandaise, Scallops À La Meunière served with tantalising Green Peas Fregola and Fresh Herbs, and Red Wine Risotto.
There are Breakfast Inspired dishes like Crab Royal and Bacon and Egg Croissant , before moving on to the Signatures Dishes like Pan Seared Salmon, Seasonal Dry Aged Beef and Lamb Chops.
Most guest choose to elevate the experience with an unlimited selection of cocktails, wines, brews and champagne, and these are exceptionally well selected such as the N.V.Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve , the 2020 Alamos Malbec, Mendoza and the HaHa Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough.
