The legendary Kuta neighbourhood is getting an exciting new addition as Indonesian hospitality brand, PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk, unveils its latest venture in the tropical island of the Gods with the opening of YELLO Kuta Beachwalk Bali.
Those who have vacationed to Bali for years know that the Kuta neighbourhood was once a popular haunt and iconic destination frequented by travellers from around the globe, though in the past decade, younger travellers have opted to stay in more hip areas such as Seminyak and Canggu.

Soft Opening Ceremony
On Friday, 28 May 2021, YELLO Kuta Beachwalk Bali is ready to welcome guests to its unique accommodation as it officially opened its doors to the public. The hotel held its soft opening ceremony, which was attended by VIP Management members of owning company.
Amongst those who attended include Mr. Anthony Prabowo Susilo (President Director & CEO), Mr. Djatikesumo Subagio (Director & Chief Project Construction), Mr. Patrick S. Rendradjaja (Director & Chief Project Planning & Design), Mr. Agus Sulistyo (Commissioner), Mr. Vasa Bensa Delaranto (General Manager Project Planning & Design & Project Construction), and Mr. I Wayan Dharmayuda (Owner Representative – Bali).
The ceremony was kicked off with a prayer session, followed by a speech from Mr. Anthony Prabowo Susilo as President Director & CEO of the owning company, who expressed gratitude and appreciation for all the efforts in the development of the hotel and hopes for immense success in the future.
Also in attendance was Mr. Christophe Glass, Chief Project, Legal & IT Officer from Tauzia Hotels Management, who congratulated the soft opening and shared his optimism that the brand-new hotel will provide unparalleled guest experiences and will be the beginning of a bright future ahead.
Following speeches by the VIP guests, a ribbon and ‘tumpeng’ cutting ceremony were held as a symbol of the hotel’s official opening. Director of Sales & Marketing, Ibu Erlawati, then shared several information and facts regarding the hotel, before guests were given a tour of the hotel to experience what the hotel offers. Guests were also welcomed directly by the General Manager of HARRIS Hotel Tuban & YELLO Kuta Beachwalk Bali, Mr. Antoine Caffarena.
