Originally from Khao Yai, a region of northeastern Thailand, Un-Yang-Kor-Dai makes a grand entrance into Jakarta in the vibrant locale of East Coast, PIK. The restaurant stands out for offering a unique blend of Thai and Isaan flavours, delivered with perfect authenticity.

When it comes to Thai cuisine, authenticity is key. It’s about balancing sweet, salty, sour, and spicy flavours. Whether you’re a fan of classic Pad Thai, aromatic Tom Yum Goong, or the tangy and spicy Som Tum, there’s something to tantalise every tastebud in Un-Yang-Kor-Dai (which translates to ‘anything goes’).

Un-Yang-Kor-Dai features popular and renowned dishes from traditional Thai cuisines, while showcasing the distinctive bold zests of Isaan cuisine. Some of the menu’s highlights include the Signature Grilled Chicken, marinated with white peppercorns and coriander for three days before being grilled to perfection, Isaan Beef Ribeye Steak and Leng Zaab, prime pork and back ribs with Isaan spicy and sour soup, and Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango -all curated to pamper the diverse palates of guests.

Stepping into the restaurant will make diners truly feel the essence of Thai culture as if they were transported to the country itself, which it aims for with its specially designed home-style interior, trademark Thai art of sunflowers and hyperrealism, and the harmonious warmth of Thai hospitality. The spacious venue accommodates up to 112 seats, including two private dining rooms.

The restaurant brand has earned a vast set of critical acclamations, including a Thai SELECT Signature distinction from the Thai Ministry of Commerce of the Royal Thai Government and a Michelin Guide feature in its first year. This impressive streak has only continued with achievements like the Michelin Plate in 2021 and the Michelin Bib Gourmand from 2022 to 2024. Now their flavours can be experienced in Jakarta.
