Presenting the latest in hospitality innovation, two of Indonesia’s leading brands have launched VIVERE Hotel, ARTOTEL Curated. This new concept has been born out of the collaboration between Artotel Group and PT VIVERE Propertindo Indonesia (VPI).
The new hotel officially opened to the public on 16 December 2023 in the SOUTH78 Building, Gading Serpong. Also owned by VIVERE Group, SOUTH78 is designed to inspire creativity from within and without. The multi-purpose building encompassing a leisure, office, hotel and retail space, aims to imbue aspects of art and design into the everyday. Adding to this philosophy, VIVERE Hotel introduces the unique ‘Showtel’ (showroom-meets-hotel) concept to Jakarta.
Managed by the Artotel Group, this new venue is branded under their ARTOTEL Curated umbrella, a select group of destination hotels that showcase something bespoke and iconic. Marrying the signature art-focused hospitality brand with elegant furnishings, VIVERE Hotel invites guests to immerse themselves in elegantly designed spaces, set to be a draw for discerning art and design enthusiasts.
Occupying the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 12th floors of SOUTH78 Building, the hotel features 107 rooms with three types of rooms: Studio 30, Studio 40 and Studio 80. Each room is equipped with a smart TV, instant coffee machine and various other supporting amenities. Most importantly, of course, is the introduction of Vivere’s own furnishings and products for the hotel’s interiors, with quality craftsmanship gracing both the bedrooms and public spaces to create an elevated experience for guests.
Aiming to become a lifestyle destination in its own right, outside of the guest rooms, VIVERE Hotel is also home to a fusion bistro restaurant dubbed Yin & Yum and a casual bar venue, Salute Bar. The hotel’s open rooftop area hosts a swimming pool for guest’s enjoyment.

Not only that, VIVERE Hotel, ARTOTEL Curated, features a Grand Ballroom with a capacity of up to 400-800 people, as well as 6 meeting rooms, adding to the developing Serpong area already home to residential clusters, shopping and business centres, well-known universities as well as the international scale exhibition and concert centre at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD.
